Story Behind the Shark on our Ocean Learning Lovey
Our designs are inspired by our customers.
This week we celebrate the mighty Shark 🦈 for Shark Fest Week
and show off our NEW Shark on our Ocean Crinkle Square.
Finn was born with a broken heart but had the determination
to just keep swimming. He is now 8 years old and in 2nd grade.
Finn's SPIRIT ANIMAL is the Shark and inspired and
DREW this baby Shark on our updated ocean design.

We thought sharing Finn’s story this week was the perfect
way to kick off Shark Week, starting on Sunday, July 24th.
Also, to debut our Ocean Lovey with a Shark on it.

DID YOU KNOW…
- There are over 450 species of sharks in the ocean.
They range in size from 6 inches to 45 feet.
- Sharks have been around for 420 million years!
Sharks existed before dinosaurs.

Sharks don't have bones but they still can fossilize.
As most sharks age, they deposit calcium salts in their skeletal cartilage to strengthen it.

Shark skin feels similar to sandpaper.
