In April 2022, Baby Jack and Company owner Kelley Legler was contacted by Paypal's Customer Reference team to provide a small business case study on how Paypal's financial services have helped grow the Baby Jack business and brand through their online retail presence and wholesale business to business. Together, we interviewed over the course of three months and established the many services that were instrumental in enabling our small business growth.
